"You are the one that is cleaning these clothes. " teased Eclipse as the first drops of rain landed on his head.

Skylen looked at Eclipse as if her were crazy as they entered the house. "Me? Wash your clothes? No thanks.. I'm good." She said. "No go take a hot shower or something." She said shoing him upstairs. Skylen went into the kitchen, and made some coffee. She sat down on the counter, watching out the kitchen window as the rain started to come down.

Eclipse retunred sometime later looking a lot cleaner, "Saved any for me?" he asked. He glanced at the rain and the darkened sky, he had a feeling Skylens was starting to get slightly nervous.

Skylen nodded. She got off the counter and poured them each a cup of coffee, handing Eclipse his cup. She walked out of the room with the coffee between both her hands. She sat down in the living room, starting to feel uneasy at the approaching storm.

Eclipse drank his coffee, sipping it slowly and savouring the taste. "You think it's going to be bad tonight?"

Skylen shrugged. "I don't know..." She said quietly. Skylen looked down at the ground. She was becoming more and more frightened and nervous by each passing moment. She quickly finished her coffee and put her cup in the sink. Skylen went out to the backyard, stopping in the middle of it to look up at the sky. She froze at what she saw. "Eclipse....." she said worriedly, her voice weak. Skylen pointed up in the direction she was looking, completely horrified. Part of her wanted to flee to the hills, but someting kept her standing there transfixed by the the funnel cloud.

Eclipse ran outside and looked at what Skylen was weakly pointing at, "Ok not good...Skylen... let's goo!" Eclipse tugged hard on Skylen snapping her out of her transfixed state. "Skylen do you know of any kind of shelter we have around here?"

Skylen shook her head. "I don't know of any.. There hasn't been a tornado around here in a long time...." She said.

Eclipse hels Skylens hand and pulled her along and over the fence, "then we find some quickly!" He pulled SKylen back into town to find many townspeople in a state of panic as they were in the same unfortunate situation. The air was filled with the sound of honking horns as people tried to flee the town in a gridlocked roadsystem. "C'mon we need to move faster!" shouted Eclipse as he turned full wolf, knowing most people were too panicked to worry about a what could of been their imagination. Eclipse ran quickly into the forest, looking for natural shelters from the harsh funnel of wind.

Skylen went full wolf and followed after Eclipse. She helped Eclipse search for somewhere to hide. Skylen slowed down, as fierce wind started to blow, the rain pounded down harder. Skylen winced as it hit her, the water drops feeling like needles hitting against her.

Eclipse ran across the forest trying to find a suitable den to hide in. He suddenly spotted a suitable hole in a large mound of sturdy rocks. "That won't move... let's try there." Eclipse padded over and waited for Skylen to catch up before entering.

Skylen entered the hole, feeling herself starting to shake. She was scared of thunderstorms, though tornadoes were a whole other deal. Skylen pushed herself done aginst the ground as she sat down. I'm going to die..... She repeated over and over in her head as the tornado got closer.

Eclipse was about to wait for the storm to pass when he heard a loud growl from behind him. Eclipse turned to just see a wolf, knowing that his silver fur illuminated himself in the darkness. Eclipse growled back, not knowing how a wild wolf, which he didn't realise lived in these parts, would react.

The took a few sniffs of him and Skylen and his aggressive pose suddenly turned to whimpering. It lowered its head to the floor and backed off deeper into the den.

"Even wild wolves are scared of us..." he muttered.

Skylen looked at the wolf then at Eclipse. "Don't worry about it.." She said quietly. Skylen winced at the howling wind outside. She shifted her frightened gaze to the ground.

Eclipse shuffled himself between Skylen and the entrance, "you have nothing to fear..." he muttered over the howling wind, "Its going to be a bit bumpy though so prepare yourself."

I'm so glad I watched a film about this sort of thing once he thought to himself. He grapsed tightly to the sides of the small cave and shut his eyes as the howling got louder, "You won't go anywhere...I won't let you!" he shouted before the wind just took the rest of the words away.

Skylen nodded slowly. She tensed herself, incase she had to grabEclipse from being sucked out of the hole. She shut her eyes as rush of dirty, dark wind came into the den, trying to suck anything it could out of it.

Eclipse held onto the sides while growling loudly to himself. The howling wind deafened him and the thick cloud of smoke blinded him. He started to feel disorientated but he held on, gritting his teeth while clinging onto his strang sense of self-preservation.

Skylen let out a scream which was drowned out by the sound of the howling wind as she was tugged towards the entrance. She grabbed onto the sides, putting a hand on Eclipse just to make sure he wasn't pulled out on her.

Eclipse held on for his life, not wanting to let go.

Skylen was relieved as the pull of the wind began to weaken. She sighed as the wind went down until it was only a faint noise in the distance. She sat there, breathing heavily and looking at the entrance, in shock of what had just happened.

Eclipse sat down and breathed out heavily. Thank god that's over he thought.

Skylen continued to stare at the entrance, she still felt frightened, scared that another tornadow may suddenly appear and suck them both out. She looked down to the floor, frowning.

Eclipse looked out of the entrance noticing movement from behind him. He turned to see the fearful wolf that still whimpered slightly as it stuck its nose outside into the heavy rain. It then walked rather casually back inside leaving Eclipse a bit clueless, "I guess that means the weather won't be nice for a while. Eclipse sat down and watched the rain fall.

Skylen sighed. "Oh... joy..." She laid back against the wall, closing her eyes and listening to the sound of the rain.

Eclipse poked his nose outside and had a quick sniff before recoiling back inside the den with a soggy head. He shook his fur and continued to sit and watch the rain fall.
